Going Live with Your Storefront

What is the storefront?
Every Operent workspace comes with a public storefront at yourbusiness.operent.co. Customers can browse your catalog, read about your services, and submit booking requests — without calling or emailing you.
The storefront is separate from your admin dashboard. Customers only see the storefront. Your dashboard stays private.
The three statuses
This is the default when you first create your workspace. Your storefront is not publicly visible — anyone visiting your subdomain sees a Coming Soon page instead.
You can still preview your storefront privately using a secure link.
You've submitted your storefront for review. It's still showing the Coming Soon page to the public while our team checks it. We aim to review within 24 hours.
You'll receive an email when the decision is made — either approved (Live) or rejected with feedback.
Your storefront is fully public. Anyone visiting your subdomain sees your branded catalog and can submit booking requests. Congratulations!
How to submit for review
- Log in to your dashboard and go to Settings → Storefront.
- Make sure you've completed: logo/branding, a storefront template selected, at least one item in your catalog.
- Click Submit for Review. The button is disabled until the minimum requirements are met.
- You'll receive a confirmation email. The status badge will change to Pending Review.
What we review
Our review checks:
- Business name and branding are set (not placeholder text)
- At least one item or service in the catalog with a description and price
- Contact information is present in Settings
- Storefront template is selected
- No prohibited content (adult content, illegal services, etc.)
Previewing before going live
You can see exactly what your storefront looks like before any customer does — without it being publicly visible.
- Go to Settings → Storefront.
- Click Generate Preview Link. A secure URL is created (valid for 30 days).
- Copy the link and open it in any browser — or share it with your team.
The preview link works even when your storefront is in Draft or Pending Review status. It bypasses the Coming Soon page.
Choosing a template
Three templates are available — you can switch at any time from Settings → Storefront:
White nav, navy/teal palette, Inter typeface. Clean card grid layout. Best for professional services and rental businesses.
Dark hero, amber accent, Montserrat typeface. High-contrast, premium feel. Best for photography, events, and creative services.
Warm white background, purple/coral accents, Poppins typeface. Friendly and inviting. Best for pet services, personal training, and local retail.
After you go live
Once approved:
- Your storefront is fully public at
yourbusiness.operent.co - Booking requests from customers appear in your Reservations tab
- You can still update branding, swap templates, or add catalog items without going through review again
- Major changes (new business name, complete category change) may require a re-review — contact support if unsure
