What is OVI?
OVI is Operent's AI phone receptionist. When a customer calls your business, OVI picks up, understands what they need, and books the job — even at midnight when you're on a job site. It sounds like a real person and knows your business inside out.
I'm not tech-savvy. Is this still for me?
100%. We set everything up for you — your website, Google profile, ads, and all the tools. You just log in and run your business. If something needs changing, message us and we handle it.
How long does it take to get set up?
Your website is typically live within 3–5 business days of your first call. Your Google profile, phone receptionist, and job dashboard are all set up right after that.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. We run on month-to-month because we believe you should stay because it's working — not because you're locked in. An annual plan is available at a discount if you prefer it.
What's the difference between the core platform and growth services?
The core platform handles your day-to-day — job bookings, invoicing, signed contracts, crew management, and OVI AI tools (Chatbot on all plans, Voice on Pro+). Growth services are an optional add-on where our team takes over your marketing: Google rankings, paid ads, and social media.
