Operent is in early access. Billing is managed directly by our team — no self-serve billing portal yet. To start a paid plan, change your plan, or cancel, simply email support@operent.co. We respond the same day.

The 14-day free trial

Every new account gets a full 14-day free trial on the Growth plan — no credit card required. You get access to every feature (including OVI) so you can evaluate Operent properly before committing.

You'll receive a reminder email before your trial ends. After that, email us to continue on a paid plan or your account will move to read-only (data is never deleted).

Tip: Use the full 14 days. Add your catalog, create a test booking, preview your storefront, and try OVI — that's the best way to see if Operent fits your business.

How billing works (currently)

Because we're in early access, billing is handled personally by our team:

  1. Before your trial ends, email support@operent.co with the plan you want.
  2. We send you a payment link (Stripe-hosted, secure).
  3. Once paid, your account is activated on that plan.
  4. We email you a receipt and invoice for your records.

Renewals are monthly (or annual if requested). We'll email you a renewal payment link each cycle until the self-serve billing portal launches.

Note: A self-serve billing portal (upgrade, downgrade, invoice history, auto-renewal) is on our roadmap. We'll notify all tenants when it's available.

Changing your plan

Email support@operent.co with the plan you'd like. We'll switch your account typically within a few hours and prorate the difference if upgrading mid-cycle.

Cancelling

Email support@operent.co any time to cancel. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again.

Before cancelling, export your data: in your dashboard go to Settings → Export to download all bookings, clients, and catalog items as CSV files.

Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation in case you return. After that it is permanently deleted.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start a trial?

No. Your 14-day trial starts the moment you sign up — no card required. You'll receive an email before the trial ends with next steps.

How do I start paying after my trial?

Email support@operent.co and we'll send you a payment link. We're currently handling billing manually while our self-serve billing portal is in development.

Can I change my plan?

Yes — email support@operent.co with the plan you'd like and we'll make the switch for you, typically within a few hours.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data (bookings, clients, catalog) is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything from Settings → Export before you leave. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.

Is OVI included in all plans?

OVI is available on Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Starter does not include OVI. Email us to upgrade at any time.

Do you offer annual billing or discounts?

Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free. We also offer discounts for non-profits and early-stage startups. Email support@operent.co for details.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of a paid plan if Operent isn't right for you — no questions asked. Email support@operent.co.

Can I use Operent for multiple locations?

Yes. Each location is a separate workspace with its own subdomain, branding, and team. Contact us for multi-location pricing.
